Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the running of sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity files from beginning to end. This will involve liaising with senior members of the management team, performing daily tasks to a high standard, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of draft contracts, deal with enquiries, request management packs, and issue exchange and completion letters.
  • Liaise with clients to help achieve their desired move dates and provide excellent client care.
  • Check and work in accordance with daily task lists and key dates reminders.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their files and provide updates.
  • Assist with departmental compliance of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience working in a busy conveyancing team.
  • Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Pleasant manner, flexible, and co-operative.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and take responsibility for quality of work.
  • Excellent client care.
  • Good typing skills.
