Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Northampton.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paralegal to work in a dynamic team, supporting the Team Leader and managing their own caseload under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Leader in managing the team's workload and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
  • Manage your own caseload, including title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting, ordering and checking routine property searches, and dealing directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the team's business development efforts and help to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and other relevant software.
