Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Northampton.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paralegal to work in a dynamic team, supporting the Team Leader and managing their own caseload under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Leader in managing the team's workload and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
  • Manage your own caseload, including title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting, ordering and checking routine property searches, and checking mortgage offers.
  • Deal directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships.
  • Assist other members of the team as needed, providing support and guidance where required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Confident in managing your own caseload and working under the supervision of a Team Leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and estate agents.
  • IT literate and experienced in using case management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
