Job Title: Package Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver the design and development of a package of components on a vehicle.
  2. Oversee the timely delivery of parts, both directly and through the mentoring of a team of Design Engineers.
  3. Mentor and guide a team of Design Engineers to ensure they have the necessary expertise and support.
  4. Exercise good technical judgment and decision-making skills.
  5. Foster effective collaboration with the design team.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have an agile and flexible design background with experience in the automotive industry.
