About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant Specialist to join our Finance Team based in Widnes. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers flexibility and remote working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial data, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare management accounts, using variance analysis, trend data, and contractual agreements to provide critical insight into financial performance.
  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Prepare and review management information, investigating variances, completing KPIs, and monitoring performance.
Requirements
  • AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or working towards qualifying.
  • Experience in Management Accounts, preferably within the charitable sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
