**Job Description**

We are looking for a Retail Business Development Specialist to join our team at The Children's Trust. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and promoting our brand.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize shop sales, achieve Gift Aid sales conversion targets, and maintain high levels of shop presentation.

With a strong focus on customer service, you will work closely with the team to source links with local communities and promote retail in the community via media and other sources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stock levels, process orders, and record key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role involves manual handling in sorting and lifting of stock, so you must be physically able to perform these tasks.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking, staff shuttle service from Epsom and Sutton train stations to Tadworth Court, and subsidised cafeteria.

We also offer additional annual leave days for those with long service, ranging from 35 to 41 days depending on your length of service.
