About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a Learning Development Partner to join their Talent Development team on a contract basis until March 2025. The ideal candidate will be passionate about staying connected to current thinking and trends relating to learning and development.

This role involves working with the Head of Learning and Talent Development to deliver the learning agenda for specific business areas, adopting an agile mindset to adapt the plan to reflect emerging business needs. As a key contact and Learning Partner to your business area, you will build relationships with stakeholders and act as a conduit for learning requirements to be supported via yourself and the People Development team.
