Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Culture Specialist to join our team at Oxfordshire City Council. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of promoting a positive safety culture and will be responsible for supporting the embedding of a proactive safety management system.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job:
