We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant (KS1). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group support to students who may need additional help, helping to manage classroom behaviour, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing tailored support to students in need of extra assistance.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality education.
- Previous experience working within a KS1 educational setting.
- A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and educational practices.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this role is £12.50 per hour, offering a competitive rate for experienced professionals. In addition to the salary, we provide all our registered candidates with FREE child protection and prevent duty training, demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
