Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Support Assistant to join our team. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children in an Early Years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 0-5 years.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs, including those with Autism and ADHD.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to identify and address the needs of individual children.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education.
- Recent experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
- Ability to work effectively with children with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to a long-term role.
