**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Court Team, specializing in safeguarding and care planning for vulnerable children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and analyze risks, considering child development and attachment theories, to ensure timely intervention and permanent care arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Children's Legal Team to prepare well-timed court submissions, statements, and care plans.

About the Role:

The Safeguarding and Care Planning Service works in partnership with various agencies to ensure children receive safe and consistent care. The Court Team focuses on children at significant risk of harm, where intervention by the court is necessary to protect them.
