Job Title: Sustainability Trainer

Make UK is seeking an experienced Sustainability Trainer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and consultancy services to Make UK's members, focusing on sustainability and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training and consultancy services to clients, including accredited courses and in-plant tailored programs.
  • Develop new learning services and products for clients, ensuring they meet the highest standards of professional delivery.
  • Act as the Make UK responsible person for key programs, ensuring their successful implementation and delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and win new membership and commercial opportunities, and collaborate with business development to scope customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall team development and capability, maintaining Make UK's portfolio of IEMA courses and ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest legislation and enforcing bodies.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will be registered to deliver IEMA courses up to PIEMA level.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge built on industry experience, with the ability to work through complex issues and combine people and technology solutions.
  • Achieving outstanding customer feedback, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Sustainability/Environment delivery, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
