Customer Service Contract Manager - Remote

Jungheinrich UK Ltd is a leading company in the material handling equipment and Intralogistics sectors.

About the Role

As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing contracts with specified customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to minimize losses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve company objectives, including the development of reporting tools and suites.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer utilization of fleet, address excess hours, and limit end-of-contract exposure.
  • Implement and deliver a Customer Service strategy that meets financial and customer service expectations.
  • Optimize performance and results through regular review of available data and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the intralogistics and materials handling equipment sector is essential.
  • Strong customer account management skills and experience.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Full valid current driving license.
  • Management skills and experience of delivering targets and objectives.
