Job Summary:

The One Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Finance Shared Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Procure to Pay function for the group, driving process improvement projects, and conducting regular reviews of internal controls and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a professional team of AP professionals and drive forward process improvement projects within the division.
  • Take ownership of the daily Procure to Pay function for the group.
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and risk policies.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to maintain exceptional levels of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with large, complex organisations in a similar role.
  • Managerial experience with a focus on leading from the front.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvement and implement effective controls.
