Job Title: Shopping Centre Manager

We are recruiting a highly skilled Shopping Centre Manager to lead our retail destination, encompassing over 500,000sqft of combined retail, leisure, and food & beverage space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing asset performance through strategic leadership and effective stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic direction of the centre, working closely with key stakeholders, including asset managers and surveyors.
  • Lead an experienced onsite team, comprising direct reports and contracted facilities services personnel, to create a collaborative and ambitious work environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants, local authorities, the landlord, the local BID, customers, and other external stakeholders.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior retailer to transition into property management in a renowned shopping centre. Our new landlord has a proven track record of investing in other shopping centres, offering a competitive remuneration package, including a negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience as a Shopping Centre Manager or senior management position within retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets, preferably with a focus on service charge.
