Your Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day running and maintaining high store standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute business plans, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- A retail professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
