Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to support our General Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team, ensuring high standards of service and compliance, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in leading the team and driving business growth
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance across all areas of the business
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
