Lead Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at a family-run provider of outstanding-rated nursing homes. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work alongside an experienced General Manager to provide effective leadership within a fully compliant service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective induction of all staff, including clinical supervision, mentorship, and assessment of student nurses and new care staff.
  • Work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Commission for Social Care Inspection standards.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current NMC PIN - RGN or RMN with some elderly nursing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Proven experience at supervisory level within a nursing home, having previously worked as a Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Nurse Manager, or Clinical Lead.
