Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at Borough Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services meet statutory and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing auditing services to identify areas for improvement
• Advising on compliance and providing training to managers
• Maintaining the internal audit framework and making recommendations for improvement
• Supporting Area Managers in creating improvement plans
• Conducting complaint investigations and monitoring complaints
About You:
We are looking for a strong leader with a can-do approach. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and developing people to succeed. You will have operational experience and a proven track record in managing high-quality care within a residential elderly care home setting. Knowledge of dementia care, a strong understanding of CQC standards, and a driving licence are essential.
