Senior Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead our care home team. As a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining our home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high standard of care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
About You:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care home setting. You will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with your team, residents, and their families.
