About the Role
Black Fox Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across Northern Ireland. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company with a strong presence in the region.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing retail accounts, motivating and developing your team, and driving overall sales growth. You will play a key role in shaping our brand visibility across stores and implementing strategies to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of retail stores throughout Northern Ireland, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement within retail outlets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across all channels.
