Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients
- Consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service
- Establish strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Keep customers informed of new products and services
- Stay up to date on competitor products and marketplace changes
- Identify new business opportunities to drive up selling and cross-selling within the customer base
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE Level
- Proven experience in an Account Management role dealing with B2B clients
- At least one year's sales background
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Sales force or other CRM software
- Proven expertise in addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Benefits:

Salary will depend on background - up to 27k per annum
