Human Resources Director

Artemis Human Capital is a leading construction company in Northern Ireland, committed to quality and excellence. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead and manage our HR department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services across the organisation. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing employee concerns and issues effectively.

1. Leadership: Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services across the organisation.
2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns and issues effectively.
4. Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth.
6. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to upskill the workforce.
7. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven experience as senior HR Specialist, preferably within the Construction, Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG industry (any fast-paced sector would be beneficial).
• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD qualification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact.
• A genuine interest in developing people and driving organisational success.
