We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package, including pension and hybrid working arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, and CIPD qualification is desirable. Proven experience in the Construction, Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG industry is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex situations professionally and tactfully.
The role will involve leading and managing the HR department, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing and implementing performance management systems, and coordinating training and development programs.
