Job Title: Teaching Assistant for SEND Student

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a student with Autism in a KS1 class setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working 1:1 with students with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a student with Autism 1:1 in a KS1 class setting
  • Assess the student's achievements and progress
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working 1:1 with students with Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
