Job Title: EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide long-term supply cover in mainstream Primary Schools in Birmingham. This role is full-time and will continue until July 2025. The ideal candidate must have relevant long-term or permanent experience in an early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEND in a mainstream Primary School setting
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEND
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Qualification in Childcare/TA/Early Years
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training
  • Relevant experience in an early years setting
