**Job Title:** EYFS Teaching Assistant

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Birmingham

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at an 'Outstanding' school in Birmingham. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our EYFS teachers to support the learning and development of our youngest learners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the planning and delivery of engaging and stimulating activities that meet the needs of all children in the class
* Work with small groups of children to provide targeted support for their learning and development
* Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to teachers
* Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children in the class
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers and provide regular updates on their child's progress

**Requirements:**

* A 2:2 degree or above and/or Level 3 in childcare
* Experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting
* A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to support its implementation
