About the Role

The FISER Group is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join their Reward team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation programmes for the firm's European client groups.


Key Responsibilities
  • Extract compensation data from WorkDay and other HRIS systems
  • Model and analyse compensation trends, including diversity and inclusion metrics
  • Oversee compensation initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the Head of Reward on Rem-Co papers and attend meetings
  • Lead regulatory reporting requirements, including MRT and IFR
  • Be the subject matter expert on deferred and executive compensation matters

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned compensation professional with experience in the financial services industry, preferably with knowledge of executive-level reward and Rem-Co.
