We are Irwin & Colton, a leading global utilities company dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Adviser to join our team in Manchester, Solihull, or Camberley.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive support for all HSE requirements throughout project delivery phases, from pre-sales to handover. This will involve undertaking HSEQ inspections and audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement across the country, as well as attending Project Management and Engineer meetings to report on health and safety performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide proactive support for all HSE requirements throughout project delivery phases
  2. Undertake HSEQ inspections and audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement
  3. Attend Project Management and Engineer meetings to report on health and safety performance metrics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Construction, M&E, or Building Services
  • Hold a NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and produce high-quality reports

Benefits

A competitive salary of circa £55,000 + car allowance and excellent benefits package. A UK driver's licence is essential as this role involves national travel.
