The Occupational Health Advisor role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client's team in Northampton.



Salary and Benefits

£38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include travel opportunities throughout the Midlands and the chance to work with a variety of clients.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Occupational Health services to clients. This will involve acting as an ambassador for the service, promoting its availability and ensuring that all interactions are of the highest standard.



Main Objectives

  • To deliver Occupational Health services to clients, maintaining the highest standards at all times
  • To act as an ambassador for the Occupational Health service, promoting its availability and demonstrating exceptional communication skills
  • To ensure best practice standards and consistency across all systems


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an Occupational Health degree, NMC registration, and relevant experience within Occupational Health departments. Case management experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and a full UK driving license are also essential.
