Site Manager for Passive Fire Protection Services

A leading provider of passive fire protection services is seeking an experienced site manager to oversee and manage operatives completing fire door and fire stopping installations on a large commercial project in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage operatives completing fire door and fire stopping installations
  • Ensure compliance with fire door and fire stopping regulations
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure project requirements are met
  • Travel between different sites as required
  • Manage site health and safety, including asbestos awareness and fire warden training

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2 in carpentry or passive fire protection
  • SMSTS/First aid certification
  • CSCS card
  • Asbestos Awareness training
  • Fire Warden training
  • DBS check
  • Experience overseeing fire door and fire stopping projects
  • Knowledge of fire door and fire stopping compliance
  • Excellent site health and safety knowledge
  • Good personnel management skills

This is an ongoing project based in the Hampshire area.
