About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Beecham Lodge, Cirencester. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure the development remains safe and secure
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
About you
We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have experience of working in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services. You will be an accomplished administrator, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
