Lodge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, and ensuring the overall success of the development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and organize activities and events to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring that the lodge is a safe and secure environment for residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for excellent customer service and a commitment to providing a high level of service to residents.
- Experience of working in a residential or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
