Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.
You will work closely with our Area Manager to ensure the smooth running of the lodge and provide a first-class service to our residents. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in administration and customer service. You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently, using your own initiative. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
