About the Role:
The Artwork Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Artwork team at Elida Beauty, a renowned global FMCG client, in delivering projects on time and in full. This is a full-time temporary position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with competitive compensation between £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of new artworks through the design briefing and adaptive design process, to artwork production, print management, and 3D rendered images.
- Utilize organizational skills, including project management, network planning, time management, flexibility, and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Lead team briefings and interactions, chair project meetings, and uphold accountability within teams.
- Develop innovative solutions to technical problems, leveraging a creative, logical, and analytical mind.
- Ensure attention to detail and computer literacy, with the ability to work in English language.
- Collaborate with the team to manage multiple fast-track projects in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge and passion for creative problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to an audience and influence direction across project functions and categories.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
