Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Artwork Project Manager to join our team at Matthews International. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for our clients' brand portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the pack change process for all projects, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and all services provided by Matthews International.
  • Collate and submit accurate briefs to production centers.
  • Collate and brief production centers on amends.
  • Coordinate and lead pre-artwork meetings with technical managers as needed.
  • Advise on print and technical feasibility for assigned projects with the support of the Matthews International Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
  • Coordinate press attendance with the Matthews International Print Technical Team.
  • Ensure the overall requirements of clients are clearly understood and that appropriate actions are taken to deliver the highest levels of service possible.
  • Support the control and development of brand consistency and print feasibility on behalf of clients, along with the Matthews International Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
  • Get approval of jobs from relevant client departments before release of fully approved files.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and logical approach.

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands.
