Temporary Artwork Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Artworker to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Temporary Artwork Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the creative and operational processes of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include managing permissions and licenses, ensuring high-quality outputs, and timely delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Artwork Coordinator and the Operations team to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, including designers, media companies, and authors.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for report generation, approvals, marketing support, and quality control, as well as using your skills in copywriting, proofreading, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage permissions and licenses for artwork
  • Ensure high-quality outputs and timely delivery
  • Work closely with the Senior Artwork Coordinator and Operations team
  • Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Use skills in copywriting, proofreading, and data management
