Job Overview

About the Role

As a Band 3 Rehab Assistant, you will be working closely with the rehabilitation team, supporting patients in the community who are recovering from various conditions, including post-surgery, strokes, or other medical issues that require rehabilitation. Your responsibilities will include helping patients with mobility exercises, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supporting patients with their rehabilitation goals. You will help set up and assist with therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional and physical support to individuals during their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Rehab Assistant or in a healthcare support role (desirable)
