Job Title: Fundraising Manager

SNAP Specialist Play is a pioneering charitable organisation dedicated to supporting children with additional needs. We collaborate with health, social care, and education settings in Pembrokeshire to provide innovative, life-changing support through the power of play.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising and marketing plans to support our mission and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners, as well as managing fundraising events and campaigns to maximise donations and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising and marketing strategies to support SNAP's mission and goals.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Manage fundraising events and campaigns to maximise donations and community engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their continued support and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, financial goals, and budget allocations to present to the Management and Trustee Board.
Requirements:
  • Educated to a further education level (e.g., A-levels, BTECs, or equivalent qualifications).
  • Proven track record in fundraising and/or a related field is essential.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing strategy and management.
Personal Qualities:
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs and commitment to SNAP's mission.
  • Ability to inspire others in joining our mission.
  • Excellent communicator with good time management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude towards work.
Other Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License and the means to travel.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on rare occasions.
