Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager/Fundraiser to spearhead our fundraising and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to support our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement fundraising events and campaigns to maximise donations and community engagement.
  • Establish systems to manage donor interactions, track donations, and analyse fundraising data using Microsoft Office.
  • Promote fundraising initiatives through public relations and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new fundraising opportunities and trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their continued support and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, financial goals, and budget allocations to the Management and Trustee Board.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in fundraising and/or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to create systems for managing beneficiaries, potential volunteers, and donors.
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs and commitment to SNAP's mission.
  • Excellent communicator with good time management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude towards work.
  • Full UK Driving License and the means to travel.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on rare occasions.
