Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategies to support our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Fundraising Plans: Design and implement effective fundraising strategies to maximize donations and community engagement.
- Cultivate Relationships: Identify and nurture relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners to secure support for our mission.
- Manage Fundraising Events: Coordinate and execute fundraising events and campaigns to drive donations and community involvement.
- Donor Management: Establish and maintain systems to manage donor interactions, track donations, and analyze fundraising data using Microsoft Office.
- Public Relations and Marketing: Promote fundraising initiatives through strategic public relations and marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new fundraising opportunities and trends, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovative fundraising practices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, fostering continued support and engagement.
- Progress Reporting: Monitor and report on fundraising progress, financial goals, and budget allocations to the Management and Trustee Board.
- Qualifications: Educated to a further education level (e.g., A-levels, BTECs, or equivalent qualifications).
- Experience: Proven track record in fundraising and/or a related field is essential.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and capability to create systems for managing beneficiaries, potential volunteers, and donors.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for supporting children with additional needs, commitment to SNAP's mission, ability to inspire others, excellent communicator, and adaptable attitude towards work.
- Other Requirements: Full UK Driving License and the means to travel, flexibility to work evenings and weekends on rare occasions.
