We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As an Employer's Agent Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing residential projects and providing expert advice to clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate residential projects from inception to completion
  • Provide expert advice to clients on construction costs, timelines, and project risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and financial analyses

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Employer's Agent in a consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
