Senior Employers Agent Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employers Agent to join our team at a leading Quantity Surveying Cost consultancy based in Central London.

About the Role

As a Senior Employers Agent, you will be responsible for leading a range of construction projects and supervising the work of quantity surveyors, assistants, and apprentices in your team. You will act as the principal point of contact with project clients and other consultants on the design team.

You will work independently to deliver QS/PM services on all projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing excellent time management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead construction projects and supervise team members.
  2. Act as principal point of contact with project clients and design team consultants.
  3. Deliver QS/PM services on all projects.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in running own projects quantity surveying and/or project management from a consultancy background.
  • Proficiency in measurement, ideally using CostX Measurement Software.
  • Experience in running projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Driving license and own car.
