Senior Employer's Agent Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, building surveying, or quantity surveying, with prior experience in residential construction. You will be responsible for negotiation, client liaison, and relationship management, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects from inception to completion
  • Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education and preferably MRICS qualified
  • Sound contractual and technical knowledge
  • Experience in a senior surveying role
  • Prior experience of residential construction
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
