Senior Employers Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employers Agent to join our team in South East London. As a specialist in the residential sector, you will be responsible for managing large-scale new build projects and collaborating with stakeholders to address the demand for new housing in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential new build projects in the London area
  • Collaborate with local authorities, housing associations, and private sector clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to address the demand for new housing in London
  • Work closely with the cost consultancy team, architects, and building surveyors to deliver successful projects

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM
  • Relevant consultancy experience in residential new build housing and education
  • Previous experience working with public sector bodies

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum

  • 23 days of annual leave, plus Christmas shut down and bank holidays
