Teaching Assistant Role

Cover Supervisor Position

We are looking for a reliable and organized Cover Supervisor to support our teaching staff during periods of absence, ensuring students stay on task and engaged in their learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior, ensuring students stay on task and engaged in their learning activities.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure continuity of education.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills, with the ability to manage groups of students effectively.
  • Confidence in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
