About This OpportunityThis role offers an ideal career progression path for an ambitious Human Resources Administrator looking to expand their skills in a collaborative setting. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function, contributing significantly to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately update and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee data.
- Provide prompt support to employees and managers on day-to-day queries, escalating concerns to HR Business Partners when necessary.
- Serve as a superuser for the HR system, addressing user queries and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records on the HR system and personnel files while adhering to data protection principles.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Coordinator on monthly payroll updates and instructions.
- Offer expert advice on company policies and procedures to employees and line managers.
- Support the annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring accurate data and preparing letters for employees.
- Contribute to project work with the HR team and provide valuable insights through HR metrics reporting.
- Previous experience in a similar HR Administrator role.
- Proficiency in PC/database skills, including MS Office.
- A strong passion for advancing a career in HR.
