Human Resources Coordinator

At Senko Advanced Components, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
This role will cover three key areas:
HR Administration:
Assist with hiring-related tasks, including contacting recruitment agencies, setting up meetings and interviews, reference checks, and background checks.
Ensure HR policies, handbooks, and procedures are up-to-date and accessible.
Provide onboarding support, setting up meetings, training requirements, and documentation support.
Update the company intranet with HR-related information, including charity information, policies, documents, staff anniversaries, and promotions.
Create letters, maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and regulations, and provide admin support for appraisals, HR benefit renewals, and team bonding activities.
Office Administration:
Maintain office and kitchen supply storage areas.
Track inventory of office supplies and restock or reorder as necessary.
Manage the budget for office supply expenditures.
Ensure snacks and beverages are available for employees.
Maintain the appearance of the office.
Oversee services such as plant maintenance, coffee machine service, water filtration service, and cleaning company.
Serve as the point of contact for utilities, including gas, electricity, water, waste recycling, air conditioning, and heating.
Provide support for employee vehicles, including MOT reminders and weekly car check documents.
Health and Safety Administration:
Provide health and safety administration support, including reviewing risk assessments, responding to general health and safety queries, and overseeing internal and external audits.
Support the Health and Safety management system, BrightSafe.
