About the Role
Hartford Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth onboarding process for our allocated homes and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all systems contain relevant information and are up-to-date
- Complete employment documentation in line with company procedures and employment law
- Support our homes and management teams efficiently
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks or projects at once
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with different audiences
