Sales Administrator Job Description

Insight Employment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. Our client is a leading supplier of engine components and heavy-duty pumps, serving motor factors, remanufacturers, and wholesalers across the UK and worldwide.

The Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to inquiries and taking orders.
  • Manage paperwork, including invoices, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Produce reports and maintain databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Previous sales administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a flexible and organized approach.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Salary: £28-30k per annum, based on experience.
